EASIEST Login and Registration System in UNITY C#

Interesting. This is a local storage of the file. Quite cool if you actually want to save local files but if you have sensitive info on there, you may want to do it via SQL or something. Nice bro

True. Another layer would be to salt and hash the password. Still not secure but able to prevent saving in plaintext

yeah, it's quite flexible which is why I like it. But this 'local storage' option was brand new way to implement it.

Hope you are still around. Wanted to know how to integrate this with character selection.

You would want to move to a character selection scene instead of welcome screen. Then you can load characters based on username.
have a file structure where the username is a key, and an array of characters are serialized as the value. Once you move to that character screen you parse the character array to display the different options.

Hey Great video man ! I had one question what if we want to store the data in Firebase could you help in it ? I did try to import the SDK and integrating it into my Unity Project but there are always Few dependencies which don't get resolved and I am stuck with one or the other errors.

On UI options, drop down and you will find "Legacy options", then you will find InputField and that will works with the project

don't use TMP, use the unity UI instead,
