Man I have to try that cooking method...poor mans Sous Vide.....looks awesome.....but we all can agree McCormicks Montreal Seasoning will make a shoe taste good....Great job....
Thanks Rich it does make a great seasoning a friend of mine showed me cooking it like this a few years ago. It blew me away how simple and easy it was to do. I love the fact you can’t over cook it which is so easy to do with venison.
Great video. I love your camp. Looks like you've put lots of TLC into it. I noticed a wall radiator...that must run off of generator? Btw I would have had a hard not eating that whole chunk of back strap after you took it out. Gotta try that method.
That’s a propane wall heater doesn’t Use electricity it has a pilot light use it in the early season when it’s too warm for the woodstove. It works mint. Yeah I had a hard time not devouring that one back strap. It’s so tender and juicy. Thanks I did put a lot of TLC into it over the years. Only wished I would’ve used room trusses instead of attic trusses would’ve had more space for a couple of rooms.
@@offgridcabinaddict6314 This is a great cabin and place you have! Yeah the webbing in attic trusses kills any chance of an open area. You have a decent enough pitch where you could of had a nice room.
@@leejohnson7293 Thanks Lee I think at some point I'm going to put an addition on. I was tossed between cutting the roof off and adding room trusses or adding on to the back think I'm leaning more towards adding on
i know your camp is in maine but how far north im in hudson and ray did a really nice job on a bob cat a friend of mine shot about 5 years ago in corinth
I love it... I've never heard of cooler meat. I'll have to try. And of course the great friends! Keep up the great work Brother!
Another great one bud! Nothing like waking up with a hot cup of coffee and a OGCA Video to watch!
Thanks man!!

Nothing wrong with that either. At least it would all be on the same level and no stairs to deal with.@@offgridcabinaddict6314
