Does travthebutcher have some kind of authority that enables him to define the difference between a 'real' musician and one who is not? Michael Ball is a singer, and he uses his voice as an instrument, and is therefore a musician. And a damn good one at that. Unless there is some kind of rule put into place which says otherwise...though I never knew you HAD to write and perform your own music to be a REAL musician. Maybe I missed something...

In theory, by your standards, I could take the Mona Lisa to Kinkos, make some copies, and be an "artist". Yes, Michael Ball has incredible controll of his voice and some serious talent. That doesn't excuse him from being a total douche for a complete lifetime.
