Assuming they aren't wired.
You'd need to wait and grab codes, or use a bruteforce attack as the signs will have DIP switches to set the remote codes, with thousands of possible codes, assuming the switches haven't been left to default.

For one thing, it doesn’t work on most signs… but always start with edit mode. If that doesn’t work right away none of the other files will either.
