I have been to hong kong two times: first time for 2 days for a conference, I totally fell in love with it. The mix of NYC style skyscrapers and banners combined with the traditional markets and streets and neon lights, it feels like you are in a movie or something. Definitely my favorite city in the world.
Total mortgage application decreased 6.3% from one week earlier, according to the MBA and it will only go lower considering the interest rate hikes. As much as the recession seems imminent , keep your heads up. Having monitored my portfolio performance currently up 15% from Q1, I've learned why only a few makes enormous returns from this seemingly unknown market. Get your money working.
The Asian powerhouse is crushing it in the billionaires per capita department on a global scale with an impressive 8.83 billionaires per million people in 2022
Fun facts: per square foot, 🇭🇰 has the most Rolls Royce. As a Chinese American living in Hong Kong, my first apartment as a struggling tech start up was 50 square foot with my 🚽in my 🚿. Still loving doing my food videos here.
I don't know if i want to be a billionaire, but having a few millions on my bank account would be great, so i can buy myself a house in the village i called home for 18 years of my life. I'm still only 23 years old, and having a house at that age would be great and be able to travel more, and i'm tired of working as a Municipality worker. Travel more, own a house, donate some money and start getting education to work as a freight train operator. That's something for me
Li Ka Shing is not the richest Hong Konger anymore since last year. Someone surnamed Zeng, who is in his fifties, has become the richest. He is originally from the province of Fujian by the way.
Thats not true, richest man in hong kong rite now is a guy involved in the food business called Anderson Pu tong, and he has peruvian-chinese roots. Just google and see the facts.
li ka-shing is the man of the moment... right time in a colonial hong kong....good days would come to an end in 46 years when china took 100% control..li ka-shing's weath will b nationalised like alibaba....

No freedom… go to Taiwan the country instead
That first guy seems like the most humble person ever
Most superrich in Hong Kong are actually
super humble, old money type as HK developed early compared to its counterparts
The city with most wealthy residents is not Dubai, but actually New York and Hongkong.
It's Hong Kong, not New York. NY still has a long way to go.
Seriously??
yeah!👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐
I surely would not like to become hunkering a life of free with guards surrounding him 24 hrs.a day 365 days a year.
@@dawnnadir Nyc has like 78 billionaires brah
