This resonated with me very much. I always put people first before myself, until a friend told me that I should stop doing things for people. I can't help myself 😭😭. When people exploit me and abuse me I get numb but continue to help them over and over again and now I'm just so tired. I don't know what to do

I was the door holder on Wednesday after our extra activities I was holding the door for my friend and people kept getting out 😂😂 I was standing there for atleast 3 mins my friends got pissed!
