- I was helping out at Glinvale so, I didn't get a lot of time to see all of the other layouts at this years show. I didn't get to film every layout, but here are some short views of most of the layouts that were there. I've left Glinvale till the end. Apologies for the focus, but my camera has difficulties in the low light condition inside a building. Some layouts with their own lighting came out better than others. I added a sound track because, as you'll hear at the end, the acoustics in the building with the crowds of people were not great. The sounds from some of the DCC locos were amazing but virtually inaudible because of the noise of the crowd.

My pleasure!
Nice work.
My video's not public yet, but yours is way more in depth.
Well done. 👍
Loved Wallaville, a great cane layout
I’m a member of the Brisbane All Gauge Model Railway Club and was volunteering at the ‘Midlands’ layout at: 10:12
Midlands was a very nice layout.
Nice, I like this one because I am thinking of doing a QR line layout.
Also looking to do an American themed layout.
Lots of good ideas here.
Thanks for posting.
Really well captured.
Regards.
Thanks John.
At 16:40 near Wallaville, what would those Cars be carrying with the Yellow Engine pulling? To Quote Jean Luc Picard "Nicely Done".
They are transporting cut sugarcane sticks. Taking them to sugar mill where they will be crushed and juice extracted.
i know the people that ran the wallaville set good people from bundy
Couldn't hear the trains for the music!
I know. You couldn't hear them there either, because of the crowd noise. We had sound equipped locos and you couldn't hear the horns because of the crowd noise. The PA announcements and people talking was mostly what the camera mic recorded, that's why I added the music
Hey Paul, see what you think of the original sound track featuring the camera recorded sound. It's my next video. (Same pictures).
