    cool. How do you train and where do you train? In the hills?

      Thanks. I`m training 5 to 6 days a week. Most of my runs are easy and on flat. What I`m trying to do every week is:
      1. One interval session ( 5-6 x 1000m or 3-4 x 2000m. ) followed by an easy day ( 40-50min jog).
      2. One Long run around 1h:30min or 2hours easy pace followed by and easy day or day off
      3. Every 2 or 3 weeks uphill intervals (45 to 60sec fast uphil, walking downhill for recovery)
      4. One day of hiking with 8-10kg backpack up and dowhill.( 2-3-4 hours with 500 to 1000m elevation gain in total)
