Week 9 (according to your app) would be just the START of month 3, with 12 weeks being the end of month 3. So you’re not 3 months pregnant, you’re IN your 3rd month. If that makes sense. 😂
Congratulations :) I came across your channel a few weeks ago when I was researching IVF. I’ve gone back and watched your whole journey from the start. So happy for you and it gives me hope that we will also get our miracle baby. Me and my husband have been trying for 4 years and after losing our angel baby we were told that it wouldn’t be possible for us to conceive naturally so IVF is our only option. We’re hoping to get started within the next year just have a little more weight to lose to get my BMI down. :)
I think every two weeks is good! Maybe do 12 weeks and then go to 14, 16, etc. my guess is one girl and one boy!

Lightning crotch started for me week 8, my doc said it’s pressure from my uterus growing. It’s awful! Lol I’ve had vertigo since week 7 too off and on. Nausea is still bad at at 10+3 and this exhaustion is unreal. Hoping we’re almost away from the worst of the nausea/vomiting and into more energy soon! I’d love every two weeks to get updates! Can’t wait to see your girls reaction video.

Try ice cold water for heartburn. I had heart burn with both my boys! Ice water worked everytime
Congrats on your twins! I’m 9w6d with a singleton pregnancy and I’ve been using the bump app (plus a couple others lol) too. When they say you’ve made it to month 3 it means the first week of the 3rd month. Not that you’ve made it through month 3 so I still say I’m 2 months and a week if people ask in months lol usually I just stick to the weeks though.
I would stay well clear of folic acid and take folate prenatal.
I had vertigo with my 1st and 3rd babies. Not fun at all. I think every other week is fine. Twice a month will really show the differance in bump growth once you hit 15 weeks and on. So excited to see the girls reactions to the babies. The pic on IG was cute

The best advice I’ve been given for heartburn is to drink 1/2 a glass of almond milk. It is amazing and helps so much. I normally will chew up a tums and then drink it right after.
I'm only 3 weeks behind you, so I'm watching closely and would love updates frequently. But every two weeks seems like a reasonable time frame. Lots happens in two weeks. Re: Vertigo, Yikes! be careful driving.

For heartburn, try some almonds or almondmilk. It should help!

Wow I didn’t know that’s what I was experiencing. I’m 8 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and I experience vertigo twice, I have had this strong feeling there’s more then one baby in my tummy lol and so that’s just interesting you’ve experience that.

Nose bleeds are totally pregnancy related! I read about it on one of my apps in early pregnancy and sure enough I had one a couple of days later. There's all kinds of weird things that happen with your sinuses during pregnancy.
Kristen AR Omgosh I had a bloody nose twice a day during my pregnancy! It was horrible and made me feel super lightheaded. It started the night of the day I got my BFP & lasted throughout my entire pregnancy when I delivered at 36+2
So she was right about the gender of the babies♡..
Do them every week.

The blood test isn’t perfect for twins because if a Y chromosome is detected all they know for sure is that one of the twins is a boy. You won’t know if it’s boy/boy or boy/girl. The only way you will know for sure is if no Y is detected - meaning 2 girls. I had the test with my boy/girl twins and it detected a Y. I had to wait till 16 weeks do know for sure.
Renee Federwitz as of 2018 the panorama can tell you the sex of both babies, even with fraternal twins! We just had a Natera rep in our office telling us about it! Science is crazy! I definitely will make sure I get it confirmed via ultrasound though too!
