I ripped this using my phone and a usb interface. The turntable was a Audiotechnica at-lp60. The only thing I did to the tracks was apply normalization.
Déjà 30 ans et même pas un coffret live audio de 1987/1990 pour retracer les années sub pop ! c'est incroyable comme les maisons de disque se foutent de Kurt Cobain !
I didn't realize how good this album was. I revisited Nirvana after becoming a guitar player myself because I had always heard that Kurt was not a very good guitar player. Well, it's technically true, but he was good at writing catchy riffs in my opinion. He did a lot with a little bit and I respect that.
I love those riffs. He definitely wasn't the best guitar player, but he didnt have to be and that's a true song writer and that is no longer creativity Now its genius
Acá se encuentran las emociones desbocadas de unos veintañeros con hambre de mundo , hambre de musica, hambre de vida. Bleach es el joven que lanza la piedra contra el vidrio, el joven de mirada enojada y una sonrisa en el rostro. Grande Nirvana!!
This album is the most raw and underground of Nirvana, incesticide is claimed to be by trendies who want to sound cool but this is the true raw grunge sound. PS - Nevermind is the best song writing still, even if trendies like to hate on it too. It's a close tie for me for Bleach and Nevermind, with incesticide coming last for production (in Utero is great too).
Love this whole body of work. I always felt a there was a strong AIC vibe in Paper Cuts, whcih I love. Also, Kurts distorted voice in songs like Negative Creep really remind me of Lemmy.
Remember waiting about 4-6 months for this to travel from Seattle/Sub Pop to me in Tasmania/Australia - days of slow moving music if overseas & "not popular". Still remember the joy when arrived!!!! Easily their best album.

Kurt could really crank out stuff. Those chords, Riffs, power throbs, etc. God, I wished he was still around!! HOW MUCH MORE HE Could have done! & the band as well. I'm sure eventually they might have split and done solo stuff etc. But, they eventually get back together like most bands do. Of course, some people would argue we wouldn't have the Foo Fighters etc. But, how can we ever tell? I think the band was on a precipice of bigger things to come.

what the point to rip a vinyl? The quality of the sound going out of the pc, or any speaker is the same as you rip a cd.... and why having 1h40 on the video if the album works during more or less 40 min?
despite youtube diminishing the sound quality, we get to enjoy a slightly different audio mix than the cd version, most notably the drums are more prominent in the vinyl rip.
LP albums had a sound superior to CDs and remasters especially. It sounds great. My original release Bleach from '89 had a hidden track an hour after the disc " ended".
Debor decir que medio me gusta el disco, una producción mejorable pero acorde a la visión de Cobain que con el tiempo se calibraría mejor, principalmente en el in utero que, en mi opinión deja corto este debut

I never thought he was a sub-par guitarist or singer, not many can do what he was able to do. Above all else he was a great songwriter.
His magic was catchy riffs and lyrics that complimented them. Hasn't been this sort of magic since.
I love those riffs. He definitely wasn't the best guitar player, but he didnt have to be and that's a true song writer and that is no longer creativity
