I was able to put some vents in the cone below the dustcap, and that helped a TON with reducing SO MUCH mechanical noise. But the coil and magnet on this Sony 6.5" subwoofer are the EXACT SAME as the ones on my Sony 5.25" subwoofer. THE EXACT SAME. 😂
@@DiamondCat_Audio that’s cool! Also I have an idea if you ever find more of those Sony drivers and get some mid ranges and tweezers you should build some tower speakers lol
