The 300 is the regular seat. The 301 includes additional lumbar support for lower-back comfort. You can tell the difference between the back cushions, one seam on the 300, two seams on the 301. Additionally, the 300 has oval shoulder harness holes, while the 301's are slightly triangular. Both are available with either leather or suede trim.
I was told the 300 is the suede and the 301’s were the leather sides. Also the 300 and 301 are the large models of the 310’s which only come in medium.
