welcome to the maritimes . i came from scarborough to alberta to PEI an i was a bit peeved at the logic that compost wouldnt be accepted in white kitchen catcher bags , i was told to dump the kitty litter ( with no bag) in the green bin , which has 1in by 1in steel mesh across the bottom so the litter leaks through and builds up above the mesh which rusts out not to mention the holes for the steel axle let all the liquids to leak out all over your yard till pick up which leaves for a dandy smell not to mention flys and wasps in the hot summers . now i just dump the shit at the edge of the field at the side of the property , just start my own compost and save the xtra tax's on garbage pickup ... good luck understanding maritime logic in your new environment lol. enjoyed the vid , new scriber . thanks
I'm not to sure what part of NB you live in but I live in Minto and have lived elsewhere but I've always used black garbage bags and neve had a issue...But this feb we're getting a new company that is picking up our garbage for a half a million dollars cheaper with half ton trucks so I guess we'll see in Feb
