Sir mera ek sawal hai ek case se related DH ne execution Petition dali against JD jisme iss case me recovery suit dala tha aur judgement mai defendent ko har month 5000rs apne salary account se plaintiff ko dene ka aya kuch salo baad defendent ki death ho jati hai toh uski salary account band ho jati hai aur woh amount plaintiff ko nahi milta yaha par defendent BSES ka employee tha baad mai plaintiff/DH execution Petition court mai dalte hai ki mujhe remaining rupees account se nahi aa raha court BSES ko summon Karti hai and BSEs ko defendant ke terminal benefits release nahi karti kyoki case court mai hai aur DH court aata nahi hai .Court kehti hai ki hum BSES ko terminal benefits release karne ko order nahi de sakte aur iss bich LRs of JD ko unke father ke terminal benefits nahi mil rahe. BSES state nahi hai toh Writ bhi Nahi daal sakte.toh kya kare jisse terminal benefits release ho aur LR jo hai JD ke woh DH ko bache rupey de. Already 2 saal ho gaye. Legally kya remedy hai sir ? Sir mera ek sawal hai ek case se related DH ne execution Petition dali against JD jisme iss case me recovery suit dala tha aur judgement mai defendent ko har month 5000rs apne salary account se plaintiff ko dene ka aya kuch salo baad defendent ki death ho jati hai toh uski salary account band ho jati hai aur woh amount plaintiff ko nahi milta yaha par defendent BSES ka employee tha baad mai plaintiff/DH execution Petition court mai dalte hai ki mujhe remaining rupees account se nahi aa raha court BSES ko summon Karti hai and BSEs ko defendant ke terminal benefits release nahi karti kyoki case court mai hai aur DH court aata nahi hai .Court kehti hai ki hum BSES ko terminal benefits release karne ko order nahi de sakte aur iss bich LRs of JD ko unke father ke terminal benefits nahi mil rahe. BSES state nahi hai toh Writ bhi Nahi daal sakte.toh kya kare jisse terminal benefits release ho aur LR jo hai JD ke woh DH ko bache rupey de. Already 2 saal ho gaye. Legally kya remedy hai sir ? 13/3/2013 इस तारीख को चेक बाउन्स हुआ हैं ऐसा नोटीस आया था उसके बाद के सारे emi कॅश मे दिये थे, फिर 2015 में नोटीस आया पेंडिंग चार्जेस देने होंगे नही तो कानूनी कार्यवाई की जायेगी लेकीन आज की तारीख तक कोई नोटीस नहीं आया,लेकीन कल बँक से बात की तो वे बोले लोन status acitve दिखा रहा है,amount 7500 है.लेकिन चेक बाउन्स के बाद के सब emi कॅश मे दिये है.सर अगर बँक को चार्जेस के पैसे नही दिये, तो 2013 के चेक बाउन्स की कानुनी कार्यवाई 2021 मे होगी क्या
