One (of many) of my dream bikes would be this engine in a big brother to the CB300R. A single cylinder CB450R would be a total blast, and just might be able to give the KTM Duke a run for its money (and come with more reliability)!
Ooooooh yeah, I like your thinking there bud! It'd be awesome to see Honda throw a 50ish horsepower screamer into the CB chassis like that and give KTM a run for their money in that segment. Talk about a stupid fun little bike that's for sure!
I was absolutely in love with this bike at the offroad show last weekend but I don't have long enough legs for any of the these mx based bikes. I'm sticking to my road bikes and my rubicon 520 lol
lol yeah buddy, you've got to be a giant to feel comfortable on these things! ...or have pro level skills to where it doesn't matter if you're 5 foot tall or not, you can still ride the wheels off anything. Thankfully I was blessed with the height side of things but no so much on the skill side when it comes to the dirt lol!
Yessir, the 2.1 gal is a decent little bump over the 1.7 on the R model but it could still stand to be a little larger. Thankfully there are larger aftermarket tanks out there though but yeah, more money to spend on an already expensive bike.

@@HondaProKevinEXTRA Yeah when you are spending that kind of money on a “competition” bike make it closer to race ready as possible.
What do you guys think Honda should change on the 2024 Honda CRF450RX to bring it to the next level?
