Ji nhi aisa koi jaruri nhi hai. For example - Essay aur GS ke papers aap Hindi mein and Optional subject English mein likh skte hain.
Jaise Aap Essay aur GS ke papers Hindi mein. Aur Maths Optional ya statistics optional ko English mein likh skte hain. Form apply krte time optional subject ki language choose krne ka bhi option hota hai.

Dear brother, Question paper kafi lengthy hai isliye sirf question paper dikhaya hai aur ye bhi clear ho gya hoga ki NCERT ka kitna important role hai. Kuch questions current se bhi related hain. 20 Questions ko exam me 3 hours me complete kr pana bhi mushkil hota hai, fir hum ek chhote se video me pura paper kaise bta paate. Maine sirf ekdm new aspirants ko ye question paper dikhaya hai ki kaise question pucche jaate hain UPSC CSE me. Ummeed hai aap smjh gye honge ki hum kya khna chah rhe hain. And thanks for everything.
