Honestly Yuta and Ten were one of the cutest ships back in SMRookies, they even had the title Golden Ship. Nowadays they are overshadowed by ships like YuWin and JohnTen but I always felt that YuTen was superior simply because Yuta notices a lot of things about Ten that Ten doesn't and even though they barely talk nowadays it's every time that they do that you notice how happy Ten appears to be when he is with Yuta. Imagine having that much memories together and that kind of friendship, but you don't get to spend every day with each other. Ughh I'm mostly passive in other NCT ships but YuTen is so frustrating because you KNOW they are close but they never show it.

People always say SM artists have it easy and that their fame was handed to them because they're from a top company but the fact is that it's much harder to debut under the big companies so those trainees had to work just as hard to debut as idols under smaller companies did to get noticed.
and also it's way more harder to pass the audition into top agencies

they have to compete with 50-100 other trainees just to debut

@@najla6608 I am not Japanese, I do not live in Japan, and I do not speak fluent yet, but I've relied on myself for 4 years, I had to teach myself Japanese because there was no one who could. I surrounded myself with Japanese content and I learned to grow onto speaking it quickly
I know this comment is old but Yuta probably talks like that because he is from Osaka. The people of Osaka speak so fast that even Japanese from other areas sometimes do not understand them either and they also have a dialect.
I keep going back to this video lately and rewatching their vlives just to remind myself of how hard they worked to get to where they are amidst all the fan wars and hate they get. Johnny training for 7 years, the loneliness of foreign members and how they struggled to communicate with each other, younger dreamies working hard at such a young age, training all day and getting less sleep. I love these stories and I love how they are where they are now and it will only get better. I hope that new additions to the group will be closer with each other as well. They are the first batch of NCT after all.
Do we know what Johnny was doing from 2007-2013 before sm rookies? Was that when he trained with EXO?
TDs303 yes, he trained with EXO for a long time but didn’t make it

@@JonghyunKim948 I learned he just trained for the summer and flew between Chicago and Korea so he wasnt fully in the program till he graduated high school.

What i got from this: Yuta loves somewhat teasing ten & winwin saying ten was winwin's first friend and their language barrier, no one believed lucas was a '99 liner cuz he's so tall, most ppl's impression of yuta was he looks like he came out of an anime (in other things other members have said this too), how to have winwin like you, NO TOUCHY STUFF, definitely not, and compliments once in a while is great, and being really polite leaves a really good impression on him, Johnny was some kind of a senior to them? and would help them out a lot. EDIT: Alsp Haechan's stage name was gonna be dongsook, tbh i would have loved is his stage hame was dongsook it sounds so cute
im pretty sure dongsook was his pretend name when he dressed up as a girl that's why the dreamers were cracking up at the mention of it haha

seriously getting to see the stages where Lucas isn't really good at korean makes me feel hopeful about my own korean. i can understand him perfectly without subtitles and the fact that he sometimes mixes it with english bc he doesn't know/remember the korean word for it is so me fijdkdjf thank you xuxi let's keep working hard lolol

awwwwhhh i absolutely love it when nct members reminisce their moments back when they were trainees and talk about their first impressions of each other or how they become closer or become friends ... I feel so happy when i hear that they had alot of fun becoming friends and knowing each other and also when they practiced hard in their singing and dancing with passion ,, it just sounds so pure and there were probably some hard days when they were in the basement but their spirit is never down, i love knowing how they communicate back in the days and knowing how passionate they really are back then .... Also, i didn't know winwin's first friend was ten LMAO they're so cute hahahahh and that korean classroom tho .... btw i think you should make a part 2 of this trainee days because i think you forgot to include that part when taeyong mentioned somewhere (i don't remember which vid or show) that back in smrookies trainees days, when they had to practice or train at night til 3AM, they would continue practicing till late 4AM or 5AM in the morning so they could get by a bakery near the street to eat the bread and doyoung said it was so delicious

That yuta lucas winwin ten vlive was my favourite. I think it was relay vlive and that one is the one that I actually really2 focused. Yuta and Ten really love telling stories. And the fact that they sahre about their tests and and that they really studied hard amazed me. Im so proud of them 💓💓

I love all the members, I know the foreigners had the most difficult time to practice, especially in the singing area. I'm so proud of them.
But Im shouting out here for my baby Jungwoo, he isn't even my bias, but I just love him so much, he's so sweet and soft like Winwin, I feel that he needs more support from all the other members, ( I know that jae, doyoung and mark are the closer ones) but, just like you see, he feels the weight on his shoulders, debuting in a stable unit, with members that already have their own flow on stage and everything, sometimes they are all really bussy in their own thing before going on stage or going to focus, and he feels so lost at times, he's so pure, I want him to be more confident and TO KILL WITH THOSE VOCALS. I'm like a proud omma, watching jungwoo grow everyday, seeing him to share with them makes me happy I hope to see a confident Jungwoo pranking his own members one day, loving you puppy.
I just wanna say something about him, I really feel that he's so underrated.

WINWIN AND TEN STORY AND OTHER FOREIGN MEMBERS STORY REMIND ME OF MY OWN
Now it reminds me of my friend who was not good at our language so we had to talk to each other in English together but I have to help her in our language at our school which was basically international not sure to mention the name but then eventually she work hard to learn our language which I was so scared when we had our class test like I would kept thinking what if my friend didn't make it. I was too scared but I feel relieved when she got her marks it was not great but she was passed the exam...and sometimes I feel bad for her but eventually she worked hard to get into that language and now she is so good,really really good.i was her translater back then at school along with one of our other. AND THE BOTH OF US WOULD HELPED her in our language and she learn and we could translate the meaning and everything what the teacher would explain in English and it was sometimes hard but we did...
Now I'm so confident at my English because of her and we together worked hard for language and now I can speak English with her she can talk to me in out Native language I could say hahahah.. we are Three of us are BEST FRIENDS
That why WINWIN did different for TEN he's the first friend of Winwin in Korean. The first one that came over his barrier and he can lean on.
Among NCT SM rookies, dreames is the lucky one they all get their gang as a unit.
NCT SM rookies deserved to be in one unit, they all have very lovely memories and strong friendships, literally, they all grew up together. I feel so bad for them.
I can picture the hard time these young boys facing for all over the world. Trying so hard to achieve they dream. Whenever I saw their dance practice or recording session, I always felt like crying because I'm so proud of how they work so hard for this.

Everyone saying big 3 company trainees had it easy, but it's not true. It's just like saying students from Oxford have more opportunities to find job, of course they have because they worked their assess of to get in that university. It's same with idols too. It's already so hard to pass the audition for big companies, and even if you pass you have to work like crazy. But still some people keep saying little company idols deserve more recognition, And big 3 is overrated etc. It's really disrespectful.
