Maxxterra is an intermediate compound balance of longevity and grip in my eyes. Can’t fault the longevity and I mainly ride more hard packed than loose but can get muddy thanks to UK weather. I’d say the Contis are a slightly softer compound to touch, can’t be sure as doesn’t seem to doesn’t roll any less. Ask me in a year though, if they have lasted as well as the Maxxis… then I will cast my more final vote.
@@banzaibikes right, I know all about the Maxxis, was just wondering what casing and compound you tested on the Conti. Trail casing ,and unknown compound name...copy.
Glad the new tyres finally turned up👾
Best tyres for Scout. They hold on to any surface at high speeds.
Agreed, Brilliant tyres and getting good life out of them
The tire wobble test after mount would benefit this video.👌
Good shout, if it helps - there isn’t any 😅
what was the compound and the sidewall?
Maxxis were exo TR, 3C maxxterra
These contis are just trail casing
@@banzaibikes ....so trail casing and endurance(or hard) compound?
