I feel like most people who think eating meat is bad, don't realize that they are almost always eating their meat with a heavy dose of carbs. And as we know, carbs and meat are a horrible combo.... both, in terms of energy and body fat.
Cheeseburgers, cheesesteaks etc. Even when people just eat chicken or turkey or a steak, it's usually with mashed potatoes/rice and soda/beer. Keeping pizza and cutting out meat is bad math.
