That paint job looks amazing!!! Should hold atleast 6 weeks. First, You absolutely must use slow dry oil wood primer (with Penetrol preferably) if you want any smooth surface wood to not peel. 35 years of experience has convinced me. anddd this is why after 30 years.. i moved to the country...
I live on 14 acres, the nearest neighbor is way out on a 200 acre farm... The other land around me is just pasture or woods.. In fact 6 acres of my property is just woods/forest in a complete circle around me. While the other 8 is open pasture fenced with a 100x50 foot barn... Im also on a hill.. have a creek too..
Its so private here i can walk around everywhere.. butt naked if i wanted.. and no one can see me.. i cant even see any land or the road around me either thanks to the thick woods... Its the ultimate form of privacy.. See with 100 acres of land its just gonna be all open.. you can see a house and people with open land.. but mine having woods all around.. secludes me.. and 8 acres of open grassy land is plenty for a couple horses and thats all i care about. Best part is.. the gas station and general store is only 2 miles away... and the big city near me.. is only 13 miles.. So everything is closeby...
