@jadebabin7549 It's basically a magical disease that appears if you have an unrequited love. You grow flowers in your lungs. Sometimes, it's your birth flower. Other times, it's the birth flower of the person you're in love with....either way, it'll get worse and suffocate you unless that person feels the same way or you forget your love for them, get surgery for it which means that you'll never feel love again for them or possibly anyone or you just end up dying from it.
