    i hear you and that makes sense . i also believe different interpretation. Tend to think of work as well work for for client as more participation of client . work that a more structural change vs massage an oily squishy experience. i can say more but thats it for short

    Massage is one sub set, body work is a whole field of varieties, the end inn is to create balance in all beings mind body spirit.

    A valid way of sorting the terms. I use it differently. I use bodywork as a way separating what I did (former Hellerwork Practitioner) from massage. Massage in our, and I suspect other cultures has a sexual connotation for many. In using the term bodywork, 'massage' and its connotations isn't evoked.
