Chaeryoung is the only member who does 2:12-2:15 correctly. Her dance is underrated because she doesn't dance powerfully but she pays attention to the little details

Which is a shame because they are both the main dancers of Itzy so I think her dance is underrated because she dances gracefully compared to the other members. I do agree with you about the center time though. JYP needs to give her a dance break

When you see other aotm (other then itzy member) their views not as good as yeji also considering there are txt member which has big fandom but still get less view.

I just love how this girl dances, she really pays attention to the details, executes the steps really well, doesn't overdance (like the other members...no offence but they tend to overdance sometimes) like she puts right amount of energy in every steps. Me as a dancer myself, I think jyp should really give her a dance break like fr it's high time now....from their debut I have seen they always put her at the back or at the side...they need to realize that she is also Main Dancer. I get it that Ryujin is their group Center but whenever they have a dance break it really looks like Ryujin and the backup dancers (no offense she is my bias wrecker). In future I just hope to see Chae have dance break, she didn't became main dancer for nothing.
I think the opposite, she makes it look like overdancing than the other members, she tends to over execute parts that tends to be lowkey and maintains it till the highlight or signature moves part of the dance that it makes the overall choreography bland. It's nice to look at when the camera or part of the choreo where it focuses on her, but when you just focus on her all the time like in this case where she is alone, it is like watching/listening to a full note song through out. I think a good dance is where there is a good balance of dips and highs just like a song, that's why some members look more charismatic or looks more effortless in their dance.
Maybe this is why this performance looked like it's a little lacking than when there were 5 of them, you can focus on her and see my point, the popping part doesn't really seem to 'pop' since all through out the dance it's all just pop pop pop. I don't really hate it though, since you can also see the part where some of the members could pop a little bit more as well, like, "What if in this part part, they could execute it more like how Cha does it." She can be like a guideline to which part of the choreo can they improve upon or give it their all without looking overexecute or overdanced since she's through the roof all through out xD
