One of the installations was showen in my shop window. Catherine was walking around the empty streets looking for spaces to show the piece. All the retail stores were closed because of the lockdown. I was in my shop getting the shop window ready for a re-fit when she knocked on the window and asked if I would take the piece. How could I have turned her down, I admired her resilience so much. We had the best of craic trying to peel off a larger than life British soldier that was stuck to my window as it was going to get in the way of the installation. We went at it with a steel ruler - it was so firmly stuck on. We had an audience of men behind us saying things like, "love, you want to try and heat it up" and all that...We ignored them, of course. Fair play, Catherine, you didn't let a little thing like not having a venue get in the way of your work. I hope you win.
