I think little David needs some exercise. He is made to sit in a chair the whole day with food in front of him. It's a good thing that he is well fed but he needs to move as well.

I think that is just the part of his day they choose to record and post on UA-cam. I would assume he isn’t sitting in a chair majority of the day but for some reason this is the main activity they share with us. I imagine it would be impossible to keep him on any piece of furniture just sitting for any length of time without some kind of restraint. Hopefully there’s a lot of activity going on for him even if we don’t get to actually see it
