You're a scholar and a saint! Windows wouldn't make a .toml file out of a text file for me, so I had to go grab the auto generated one from users\appdata oaming. Other than that this guide works perfectly, thank you!
Thank you so much. I had previously gotten it working and it worked for months and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I now realize it was because I moved it to a different drive and you can't navigate to everything from the system menu if things aren't setup correctly before.
