There is a nasty trap exist in this line..after Qg4??
1. e4 Nc6 2. Nf3 f5 3. exf5 d5 4. g4 h5 5. Nh4 hxg4 6. Qxg4 Ne5 7. Qf4 (7. Qg3
Rxh4) 7... Rxh4 8. Qxe5 (8. Qxh4 Nf3+) 8... Re4+ *
thanks for sharing such good videos
Gr8, sir again I salute you.
dear GJ with your beautiful series Colorado Gambit
what about on 7:33 black Nf5, white Q must go to h5, black Ng3 forks Q and K.
also if Q goes to f6 the N will give check and Q is lost
Thank you so much for the opening against e4... I would like to know if it's possible to play nf6 against d4...
Excellent!!! thanks again.
1.e4 Nc6 2.Nf3 f5 3. exf5 e5 4.Nh4 how to meet this move? Thank you for your suggestion and explanation.
I am enjoying these videos but I wish they were not blitz games.
Hyy.. your all videos are too good you know mr. Gunjan by seeing your all videos my chess game became too good thank u soo much bro for posting videos. But brother I m really excited to see your 8 b part when you are posting??
gunjan sir the repertoire given by you is very well working can you suggest such for d4 too.
becoz e4 is the starting line for any player and he knows it very well but d4..... makes problems.
(sorry for interruption) ....if white starts an attack on the sensitive diagonal with his bishop by bringing it from e2 to h5 - if the queen follows after the exchange bishop against night blacks king is in an akward position and cant be helped out with the knight.
Like all your videos excellent work - thanks a lot, gunjan! What if White starts an attack
Thank you so much for this opening. It has helped me a lot. Do you think you could ever do a video on white trying to hang on to the pawn (after accepting the gambit) with g4. I have encountered this a few times, and have won most of those games, but I am interested in your analysis and games. Thank you.
Gj hey my man.i love your videos the most.your awesome vmy friend .
I have just started playing chess and with some 20 games i have a rating of 1400. So please excuse me if the questions sound silly.
At 5.23 QG5 would be a wonderful move by white as it would restrict both G5 and RG8. Moreover having it in a central area is better positionally... right?
How would you deal with that?
BTW after going through lots of videos, these are the most comprehensive and entertaining. Many thanks.
That gambit is the strongest defense
what could be your best reply after 1e4 Nc6 2Nf3 f5 3e5 d6 4Bb5 dxe5 5Nxe5 Qd5 6Bxc6 bxc6 7Nf3? White will gain time on my queen, ready to castle king's side and attack my double pawns. What's your recommendation?
Hello gj sir I have a problem. After 1.e4 Nc6 2.Nf3 f5 3.d3???? what should I play now?
GJ, I have a doubt. May I play Colorado Gambit after 1.e4 Nc6 2. Bb5 ...? May I play 2. ... f5 ? Or is it too dangerous? Thanks in advance.
Gj what is ur chess rating .If you don't mine my asking
thanks for videos!
on 7:36 better will be not fork rooks, but Nf5... and queen is in trap!
The Queen can move to "h4"
Putera Haziman
hi! do you mean to h5, because h4 controlled by knight? but after that knight to g3 fork on king and queen!
+Vladimir Trudkov Not quite. White can play Nc5 with tempo on the black queen and follow up with Qe6+ if black moves their queen (a sequence the computer came up with). Your move was still superior, though.
+Bashir Abdel-Fattah
hi! you're absolutely right! I missed that! and the most sad: white queen comes to e6 with the check! but at least black win the knight: after white Kc5, just take on h6!
What about the sicillian which is considered most effective against E4 ??
you can try, grand prix attack, or even smith morra, or look at some fischer games.
After e4, we play nc6 under the assumption that the next move of white will be nf3. What if instead of that white plays d4? (Ie., e4 nb6, d4 ? Clearly we cannot try Colorado gambit. How should we transpose the opening. What other winning openings are there after black nb6
Watch the first videos of the series
1.e4 Nc6 2.d4 e5 3.d5 Nce7 4.Nf3 Ng6 5. h4 h5 6.Bc4 Nf6 7.Bg5 a6 8.Nbd2 Bc5 9.g3 0-0
I've had ok results with Black from this position.
Yea, his first videos in this whole series is something I am studying at the moment. These moves!!!
what about Bb5 pin instead of Be2?
what if e4 nc6 nf3 f5 e4 d6 d4?
First =D, i was waiting for a looong time
Colorado gambit! so this crap even has a name!...well I am sure my opponent had watched this video before our game but unfortunately for him I played a move which was not considered in this video and gave me a sound positional advantage...
