Can someone advise me on the lift and wheel size to get this look?

Looks like 37s. Might be a big 35; hard to tell sometimes on my phone screen. If you want to keep your stock fender flares on a Sport and run 37s, you need at least a 3.5" lift and a wheel with around 4" of backspacing. Not to mention chromoly axle shafts in the front and back (don't have to do the back if you have a Dana 44 in the back), heavy duty ball joints, and maybe even some steel knuckles. Even then, you might have to swap out your stock fender flares (if you're going off road and want full flex). Also, a brake upgrade after 35s is highly recommended (Saharas come with the big brake kit that's on a Rubicon, so if you have a Sahara, you're good there, but a sport or pre23 Willys will need it). It takes a lot to get a non-rubicon to 37s if you actually use it off road and you arent just crawling mall parking lots. If you already have a Rubicon, then it's more like a 1.5-2.5" lift kit (lots of guys out there running the Mopar 2" lift with 37s) and a wheel with 4.5" of backspacing or less. Metalcloak is a good lift kit, lots of people rave about it. Clayton off-road also has several (from 1.5" to like 4.5") and is a good brand. Teraflex is a good budget brand as well (it's what I'm running on my JLU). Also, you'll need a regear. 4.10 gears on a Rubicon are barely adequate for 37s, let alone the 3.45 gears in anything else. I'm running 4.88s in my sport on 35s but I also have a 6 speed manual so I have fewer gears than the auto. 4.56 gears would probably be fine on 37s if you're in an automatic.
