has anyone ever fallen asleep at the end after the relaxing stretches on our backs... I feel i've been relaxed enough but then life calls and the moment is over (:= EDUCATION, Yes! I have learned so much from these sessions, PJ. Muscle names, types of movement, reasons for sets, weight, etc., weight loss understanding, types of stretches, how/why they help especially folks like us that do a lot of sitting for work. Such a blessing health wise and brain wise! Can't thank you enough!
Day 11✅ Yeeeeey I'm back. I'm almost healed,just a little pain but I can do my workouts. I missed them so much. This was so good. I really enjoyed it. Love your bloopers. I have a good laugh with them🤣🙌
Loved it! I scanned through and thought oh this will be easy...pleasantly surprised! Some moves were harder than I thought but in a good way! Thank You!
Nice to take a break from the lunges. I loved the outer thigh exercises, but I had to do them lying on my side instead of elevated. Still burned the heck out of them though! 🔥🔥🔥
Hey PJ. Just to let u know that I've stopped my workout for a few days due to my stiff neck. Oh boy,I don't know how it happened but these past 2 days I can't move my neck. It's so bad.. Anyways I have no choice,until it heals. Today I feel a little better but not enough to do a workout since a small move I feel like I want to scream. So u will hear from me probably as of Tuesday 🤞I'm hoping Tuesday I will do the leg work & your cardio back to back & catch up. Take care my friend 🤗

Nope, you're definitely not a has been, that's for when you get past 60 like me! Seriously though, that was a great workout. I've always hated clamshells because I never got much out of them, but elevating the feet made all the difference in the world - at least for me. Thanks PJ!

Having some issues with discomfort in the top back of my left leg and these moves did not aggravate it (thank goodness) Need to save it so I can do it again and again (felt it) You are wonderful and appreciate the encouragement and info on doing moves properly. Thanks, PJ. My knees have been kind of touchy after doing an old, fast paced lower body workout last week. But my quads are feeling a bit underutilized. Some shallow one-legged, weighted squats? Second position plies (but not too many)?
