Hey!!! My highschool friend did this years collage on the corn palace. She’s always been an amazing artist and it was awesome to hear the news and see it done
Omg, at the end of the video, Abbie was so proud of herself. She unscrewed the lid to her cup all by herself. Tipped it up for that last little bit that the straw didn't reach then hands it back too Daddy with such a sweet chuckle. Yep, Abbie, you know how to do so many things that I bet your parents have no idea about. Lmbo!! Such a teenager, :)
I am enjoying your travels sooo much. Haven't been anywhere in such a long time so this has been wonderful!! ABBIE seems to be loving it too. Continue your journey and I will be right there with y'all. Enjoy 😉
when Isaiah went to the Grand Canyon, that prompted me to arrange family vacation to see grand canyon and we did in less than a month. we live in oklahoma. Now... I want to take another vacation because of these videos. ❤
I live in the UK, so want to thank you guys for showing me, different states and areas around the USA. Loved the sculptures, the artist should be very proud. Blessings.
Oh yes!! I have been to Mitchell, SD with my family. And the Corn Palace. That was back in 1974 when we took a trip to Missouri to meet my mom's side of the family and then on to Indiana to meet my dad's side of the family. That trip was so fun!! Wall Drug, The Badlands, Mt. Rushmore. All the thing's. It's been awhile so thanks for taking me back!!!
My favourite roadside attraction is all the giant food sculptures that are around New Zealand... There's a carrot in Ohakune, a L&P (local fizzy drink) bottle in Paeroa, a sheepdog and sheep building in Waitomo... And many more
It's amazing to see around America like this. I'm in Ireland and I doubt I'll ever get to travel to there so it's great to see it though your vids. Thank you ☺️
You’ve only been away 3 weeks? It feels like longer, you’ve packed so much in. Abbie hanging out with a giant horse made me smile 😊 Also, I learned what a corn palace was!
Never knew that I-90 crosses the entire country! I drive the "Mass Pike" often, but never thought much about it after it leaves Massachusetts. It goes from Boston to Seattle!
Loved the sculptures! You should look up the old videos of Rare Visions and Roadside Attractions. Three guys from KC PBS traveled around the country just doing places like that - strange folk art that individuals made. Really fascinating and cool 😎
I'm from MN, we race quads in Sioux Falls and our best friends live in Mitchell. So pretty familiar with that area. Cool to see you in our neck of the woods!
Go to Custer State Park in SD out side of Rapped City SD,it's beautiful and buffalo walking around and other places there to see, very beautiful place, enjoy and be safe
Love to see all these sights, you guys show us. Thanks for sharing. It's hard to pic my favorite roadside attractions, they're all fun and interesting to see. Enjoy and B safe. 🤩♥️👍🌽🌽🌽
I love the butterfly museum in South Deerfield Mass… such a sweet place - sooo many butterflies - the land on you, and flit happily about… it’s so lovely
If you go through northern KANSAS you gotta go the geological center of the lower 48 states. It’s actually pretty darn cool! Watch on UA-cam the Jeep commercial from the Super Bowl of 2021, with Bruce Springsteen. That talks about how we need to come together and love each other!!! So freakin awesome! It’s all because of that commercial that we went and it was worth the drive out of the way to see it!!
It is a quick stop but a beautiful 50 foot stainless steel statue of an Indian woman displaying a quilt. It is titled "Dignity" between exits 263 and 265 on Interstate 90.
Aww look at adorable beautiful family and abbi taking cron face and Experience new places and trying new food and treats and walking trails and Museums learning new things travel and joining outdoor activities take pictures and smiling face happy 😃 lugging Blessings day time together beautiful vacation 🧩😃💪🏻🫶🫶🙏🏻🫂👼🏻💒👨👩👧👦🫡✊🤞🤞🥹🥹👏🏻👏🏻🥹🥇🙌

Maass Family hello, just wanted this is awesome trip, i really enjoyed this vlog, i love the sculptures and i love to draw abstracts .... Keep enjoying the summer trip .. ..😏😏😏😏😏😏..
Cheers to you for making the best of i90- it's brutal windshield time. The corn palace is iconic, and I love seeing the "XYZ miles to Wall Drug" signs.
We loved seeing the fire breathing dragon (tokens available at the gas station for free) of Kaskaskia in Vandalia, Illinois - it’s not as huge as those sculptures but made for a low-key fun stop for Winnebago lunch as we drove I-75 from end to end (moved from Baltimore, MD to southern Utah!)
Pops in Arcadia Oklahoma. It’s actually a gas station and diner (best chicken fired steak I’ve ever had). They have hundreds of different kinds of soda. We’ve been a couple times and the last time we were there (fall of 2021) they were out of probably over half of their selection because of shortages and shipping issues. It’s on a section of old rte 66 and there a few other things to see nearby like the Arcadia round barn. I love old rte 66 there’s so much cool history.
I'm from the Netherlands and don't think you will do a tour around Europ... Most of the time I watch the other chanell, but you inspired me to check this one out again as well.. Did too last year 😍 love it
If you're ever in southwestern Pennsylvania, in Somerset is the Flight 93 memorial from 9/11/2001. Also, around there is the Quecreek Mine Site where 9 miners were trapped for 77 hours in 2002 (I was up almost the whole time as many here were, hoping and praying they would be rescued.) Also, close to this is Ohiopyle State Park (beautiful) with waterfalls, hiking and biking trails, and place where the water goes over some huge rocks where people wade and swim and slide down the rocks in the water. Also, in that area is Fallingwater...a home built by Frank Lloyd Wright over waterfalls. You can take the tour (it's short) and it takes you through the whole house (very cool). Also, if you're ever a libttle north of Pittsburgh (like maybe 14 miles from the city), you'll be in my neck of the woods. There is a small town called Mars with their own little spaceship in the center of town. Also, a few miles from there is a small town called Saxonburg. In Roebling Park, just outside of the little town, there is a miniature version of the Brookly Bridge (big enough to walk under). John Roebling was from Saxonburg and he designed the actual Brooklyn Bridge. In the little town of Saxonburg, there are some quaint shops and places to eat. I love that town. Every year they have their own carnival and they have an animal parade where anyone can walk down main street with their pets, dressed up in whatever finery they want (or their humans want), along with bands, firetrucks, etc.....regular small town stuff. Anyway, we do have some cool things in and around Pittsburgh.
The size of the faces on mount Rushmore? I thought they woulda been much bigger. Interesting. I've always wanted to go on a road trip and do all these roadside attractions. I'm so jealous.
Glad you enjoyed these, what is the map you are using that has these things listed? I just use Google maps to plan trips, along with the Atlas Obscura map since in my family we all enjoy the wacky-curiosity types of roadside attractions. I also like the Carpetbagger videos on YT, he has good spots and seems like a straightforward nice guy who just does his own thing. It's great to have your videos of your trip to watch as ours is over and we are unlikely to be back in the US for a while. I bet you Abbie's head is swimming with all the sights she sees during the day, I wonder what her dreams are like. ☺
Abbie staring at the dragons teeth reminds me of her putting her arm in the animals mouth on your safari and also in your pups mouth. She definitely likes teeth and being bitten stimulation 🥰😄🦷
Iowa's largest frying pan is in Brandon, Iowa. There must be a bigger one somewhere because it's not the world's largest, just Iowa's largest! You can stand inside it :)
This is so funny, I just watched the Wee Fam video of them at the Corn Palace. My question is, who visited this place first? Was it the Maass's or the Weezniers?
You should check out SAM THE COOKING GUY. He has a delicious looking recipe for PB&JB 🍔 And you will not believe his other scrumptious foods. And he's also funny 😅. Hugs from Texas sweeties 😎
Omg inside the bull that thing reminded me of that movie of that thing that would kill ppl and take there body parts to replace his, omg what is name now I wanna watch it, the big yellow school bus that breaks down and the football team running threw field then guy and his son catch it and tie it up in there barn. That was cool sculptures the bull head.
I really like the travel videos. It must be nice to travel throughout the country you were born in and fit in anywhere, not get looked at like u don't belong, experience racism, or be treated differently because you are black. White privilege is real.
Abbie just sitting on the ground next to the guy who makes the sculptures is so sweet.
Hey!!! My highschool friend did this years collage on the corn palace. She’s always been an amazing artist and it was awesome to hear the news and see it done

I had to go back and watch it cause I missed it the first time. That was awesome! ❤️
That horse is friggen amazing! That thing is HUGE!!
I am enjoying your travels sooo much. Haven't been anywhere in such a long time so this has been wonderful!! ABBIE seems to be loving it too. Continue your journey and I will be right there with y'all. Enjoy 😉

I loved how he was sitting down with Abbie. Or she sat down with him 😀
I love watching you enjoy South Dakota! We love it here ❤️❤️❤️
Cool place. Loved the sculptures! Happy to hear Isaiah will be joining u soon. Like to hear the comedic banter between father & son.
I live in the UK, so want to thank you guys for showing me, different states and areas around the USA. Loved the sculptures, the artist should be very proud. Blessings.

You’ve only been away 3 weeks? It feels like longer, you’ve packed so much in. Abbie hanging out with a giant horse made me smile 😊 Also, I learned what a corn palace was!
Those sculptures are cool
I know Abby had a bad stretch, but seeing her interact with the dogs is amazing. Talk about non-verbal communication!
I loved all the places in South Dakota... it's been years but we a4lso had just as much fun at Wall,SD
That was really cool art!
Never knew that I-90 crosses the entire country! I drive the "Mass Pike" often, but never thought much about it after it leaves Massachusetts. It goes from Boston to Seattle!

My boyfriend’s sister and her family were just there!! They loved it!
It is a quick stop but a beautiful 50 foot stainless steel statue of an Indian woman displaying a quilt. It is titled "Dignity" between exits 263 and 265 on Interstate 90.
Love seeing my state through your eyes.
“Whatever you’re eating, don’t.”
Such a dog owner thing to say. I’ve said it plenty!

Chamberlain crossing the river breathtaking
In the first 10seconds I said “Corn Palace!” My mom took us here on our first vacation after my parents divorce. It was such a fun trip!
Been there! So unusual.
Cheers to you for making the best of i90- it's brutal windshield time. The corn palace is iconic, and I love seeing the "XYZ miles to Wall Drug" signs.

Cilla, I love your sunglasses! Where did you get them?
Love Porter's sculpture park
Oh you are making me homesick
The horse sculpture would have been great opportunity to use the iPad and ask what is that Abbie? You added horse on there right?
There is a small city outside of Sioux Falls named tea and they just got the most amazing steak house I have to suggest
if you come to Australia go to western Australia and there is a Gnomesville
Asa, this video played yesterday my friend!
Hello beautiful Maass family. ❤😘🥰
The size of the faces on mount Rushmore? I thought they woulda been much bigger. Interesting. I've always wanted to go on a road trip and do all these roadside attractions. I'm so jealous.
Welcome to the Midwest! You should go to the grotto of redemption it's all rocks

Helloooo Travel Maass family!! I love the summer because we get TWO CHANNELS!!!🎉🎉🎉

That’s neat.
Bull head makes me think of the Kelpies structures in Scotland
Good morning.
This reminds me of The Greatest Showman
This is so funny, I just watched the Wee Fam video of them at the Corn Palace. My question is, who visited this place first? Was it the Maass's or the Weezniers?
Did you enjoy the Wyoming trip today upload it today of it
I have cousins live there.

Oh man I wish Abbie had all the words to tell us what she thought about this place.
