Only figure in like 3 years that i'm leaning on getting. Design has grown on me and the sculpt itself isn't bad. The paint on this one though is what's selling me.

Nice looking figure! I'm hoping mine won't have bent dorsal fins or loose joints though.
This one sports a nicer paint job and it seems to have tighter joints than the initial release. Nice.

Even though he was a "Plant Base" I always want to prefer this version of Godzilla as protector of Earth!

My god(zilla,huehue). Right when you pulled it out of the clamshell, I saw how slick the paint job was! Very sleek, no drip, oh wow I missed this type of shma figure from the early golden years

You should get the new Mechagodzilla Kiryu model kit. I'm pretty sure you would enjoy it.
TBH I'd get it if it were sent to me. I didn't budget for it and I don't really have the time for a model kit, so I'd have to say no now.

@@switchboard1551 Not just that but overall the figure isn't good. It's inaccurate to the actual design of the 2014 Godzilla and is loaded with QC issues.
@@muisverriet Of course it's inaccurate. It was stylized. Just like Gigan and Spacegodzilla. I was talking about the rest of the good features.

Oh wow I'm glad I cancelled this the other day. Didn't know it was coming in so early in November and decided against this guy. Doesn't really look any different than the first tbh.
Bluefin will get this at the end of the month. And lemme lay it down, this is a night and day difference paint wise to the original. Ngl I'd hot glue this.
@@StevensToyReviews Now that I've put a magnifying glass to both versions, It does look nicer than the original, but not enough for me to justify picking up a second AniGoji. Maybe if it drops hard on the secondary market I'll pick it up. Either way looking forward to a positive Monsterarts review. We don't get to see those enough lol
