I am literally one more rent rise away from being homeless thanks to Labors immigration policy and have every dollar accounted for including very minimal use of tap and go payments and using solar lights inside my house no heater or fan use no takeaway food at all and its now only a matter of time till I to will be living in a mosquito infested tent also 😥
unfortunately i feel your pain, we’re being stung $400 a week for a room. We’re watching all the homes in our area surpassing $640k and the land is all 300k plus too. The rates and inflation is the entire reason we will never own a home of our own. And the home we get will be the most ragged rundown should be condemned pos ive ever thought of. I really hope for you man that the rent doesn’t rise further, but unfortunately, i feel like if theres a mortgage on the place you’re in, its inevitable
