Usman was never whooping Leon. He was winning the rounds and grinding him out against the cage but Leon was never in any real danger of getting finished or even really taking that much damage despite being gassed by round 2 because of the altitude
The same Usman that had a war with Colby and a striking snow out with Masvidal used both his striking and wrestling on a gassed out Leon. That’s why he’s so confident
