I wanted to rework the low wins tier list, but I realized that with so few characters it would be hard to utilize every tier. So instead, we are ranking them worst to best as that's much easier.

nice to see you're reworking this tier list (and maybe the other ones too), considering how much content the game has gotten since you made the original tier lists
TF2 tier list
29:21 henry is really underselling how broken this move is (considering he just spent a bunch of time explaining why the spinning bone was so good) the tracking on this fire is some of the strongest homing i've ever seen (pretty sure it is hardcoded to hit) we spent about 15 minutes trying to dodge, with nothing working. Im not even sure that you can dodge it if you were an entire maps distance away as it goes faster that farther it is away from it's target.

when i sent him that video, it was near the limit that discord allows in memory, if i added more stuff i would have to either get rid of or lessen the editing
I’ve actually managed to dodge the purple flames consistently by holding space and running away from it until it despawns
@@michabaraniec5811 yea but that gives the dust more time to get he’s cool-downs stopped and makes you more vulnerable because you need to focus on the flame.

Tbh I feel like the flames (dust) are actually way worse then the bone since the only way to avoid them in low wins (since you don't have access to braveary) is using the patience combo glitch were you get launched across the entire arena, and even doing so might result in you getting hit at least once which is real stupid since that means you'll lose around 50 hp, also there's a flame that protects dust until it desapears and you can't do anything about it :p
Probably won't even get nerfed nerfed lal🤦🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️

Hardtale is now the top of the tier for me after his rework the bone barrage follows you and deals some deadly dmg plus inflicts a new type of kr unique to him called burn it does 1% of your max hp his boomerangs now come back again and well overall he is better then all the others in my opinion atleast even after the reworks nerf it still is op for me. There was quite a few moves I did not mention huh well that's fine I am sure the vid for the rework will come out soon hopefully.

Example of an good player who doenst spam attacks:
Even tho dust attacks are ez to dodge but they also are the only way to kill people with 200+ wins well if you only have 100 wins
Dust now is super good and op for low wins, literally every hit of anything will give u 40 hp and with KR, I used him when i got 180 wins, and I killed them all. Is super good but bad at justice combos
The red spinning Bone can deal up to 600 damage
30:00 Dust really said "weaker than pacifist.....?" *Pyrosomni intensifies* "I'LL SHOW YOU WHO'S WEAKER" *proceeds to wipe the floor with the lobby, only losing 1 dodge*
gotta love that pacifist is and always will be wide. i remembered how bad dust was compared to this and it brought me back, ruins dust from the evo was stronger then old dust, now dust probably has the chance to outclass snowdin from the evo. (evo ruins is pretty bad if you haven’t used evo dust.)
Edit: now dust will get revenge not only on the human but also every other sans in low wins.

i think hardtale is number 1 since he can freeze time and u can use that time to spam at a person and oof them not to mention they have 20 dodges now
Yeah this is how i would make it too but i would only swap outer and swap paps. And at the last tier list i Was Wondering with dust sans i was thinking: whats wrong with this guy. But noe you make it right dust sans is broken (in low win server)
fells orange bones also stop patience combos from being able to heal as much since they must keep moving.
for anyone see this video, dust low level has been nerf now, his purple flame are easy to dodge now(they decrease flame's speed, so you just need to keep walking to avoid damage), and spinning bone doesn't do the damage that fast now, he need to 100% appear, then it can deal damage(I don't know this is true or not because I touch like the video show when it will deal damage, but I don't take damage)
Hardtale was changed to be 1 hp but only be dealt 0.1 dmg per hit no matter what. So pretty much 20 dodges

dust sans' placement has changed so much from being 3rd weakest in low wins to strongest in low wins

I once long as ago used swap papyrus and won the match in about 20 sec because I got all the people to follow me away from wall with the warnings for the good bone zone thing so they all died

Yea low lvl dust has gotten overpowered to the point where it’s impossible to beat him in low level servers

Is their a way I can help when you eventually do the high wins version of this? i have 8k wins and am pretty good at the game and can switch combos to suit the win level

Now, hardtale sans' boomerangs do come back, which is pretty useful, yeah.
I ain't gonna lie, outer if his moves all worked would probably be top 2 because since most moves slow the enemy down to be the same speed as him, nothing can stop him from face planting into someone and just forcing undodgeable attacks and while he isn't tanky, he does enough damage that if you get one hit on them and use this strategy you are nearly guaranteed a easy win
I HATE the glitch (i think its a glitch) with using the patience combo where the charas can just get close to sans so they can attack him after the cutscene.

hardtale should get reworked like get an actual circle blaster that does half circle blaster with no KR the base damage is 20
he cant use any attack after using that attack and he can only use it at dodge 2
