I yet have to receive my Diamond paintings. I am completely new to this hobby. But during watching unboxing videos it occurred to me I have to get a much better pen that is thicker and easier to hold sinceI have CP and Arthritis. I ordered one from Amazon with screw in Metal heads.
I love washi tape! I've never tried cover sheets I might have to try them! Great video I'm a new sub can't recall who recommended your channel but I'm glad they did! Cheers
Love the video, I agree with all your needs and wants, I definitely need the tweezers also, I always put some square drills a bit wonky so need to pick it up. LOL
Hello Alisha!! I will comment my experience along with the video: Trays: they are just a need, a bigger tray is a must have and why not make them pretty and with a lid? This is a big yes to me! Cover minders: the ones I have came from gifts or kits, I use them for cross stitch but not for diamond painting. It’s also a no no for me! Cover sheets: absolutely a yes! I just hate plastic cover 😅 Washi tape: I dont use it for diamond painting, I always cut the border of the paintings after finish to frame them so I don’t care about fluff or dust in the borders. Storage: A need, I don’t like to work from baggies, so I need storage systems, I like almost all of them but my fav is the case with bottles. Wax: I used pink wax from kits for years! Now I have lots of different wax bc I do test videos with them (I have a channel, but I use my personal account to comment so I never spam about me), but pink wax is ok for me. Light pad and/or easel: I dont need it, light pad hurt my eyes, I cant use it longer than half an hour! And I can diamond paint on the table without hurting my neck or back. Roller: I just use my kitchen roller 😅 Pens: pens are pretty, they are good for some people and not so good for others, but they can be helpful with pain. I use pink pens with a squishie, bc I cant use big pens and need them to be light weight. If somebody tell me that they hand hurt using pink pen I always recommend to order a bigger pen. Baggies: I started using the kit baggies for my spares storage, after a while I ordered some thicker baggies, but not a big need. Twezzers: i like them for squares, but not a big need. Also they can appear in kits so at some point everybody can have them! Thank you for the video!!
I love pink wax that comes with the kits. Takes only a sec to reload.
My first resin pen was also DAC Amber Rain like yours I absolutely love it still
Where did you get the Betty boop diamond painting? Love it

Loving this video...BUT...where did you get the blue/purple pen from? It is STUNNING 😍 it's the second from the left in your pen pot!
Great video. I brought all my pens from Amazon. I have found a small hole single placer as of yet, that’s what I’m on the hunt for, now. TFS!!

Where did you get your Betty boop diamond painting from please
💕
I’ve heard some DPer’s use parchment paper instead of cover sheet
Where. Did. You. Get. The trays. I. Need. Ones. With. Lids.
Hey! They’re from HatfieldDesigns on Etsy. They’re made by me and my partner x
I bought a drill vacuum in the beginning before I knew what I was doing. Waste of money imo
