Rule 0 of League: Singed can't have nice things.
Reducing tenacity as much as they did from the game, especially removing legend tenacity is IMO the most indefensible changes they made. NO ONE likes to get perma CC'ed, and tenacity is your only countermeasure unless your kit has unstoppable. I highly doubt there was a support main out there that was raging about how much tenacity their opponents had so they could not CC them for 5 centuries.
Actually felt quite the opposite opinion as a support main because now engage support mains gotta eat cc and have no more counter to a singular super fed enemy removing tenacity and anathema chains is super unwarranted

i noticed on PBE that legend haste is basic ability haste until you finish all stacks, and then it will also affect your ultimate. don't know if that is a bug or feature.

Maybe faded ashes actually allow for some sort of singed jg gameplay? Would be better with predator tho, but sadly thats gone
Minishcap before the patch : Let's build 5 movement speed item, I can't fight them but it doesn't matter if I can farm and i'm too fast.
Minishcap after the patch : Fuck this lets skip boots so I can complete my first item and am allowed to get another fated ashes.

Will probably make the empowered recall an unlock. Say at half stacks or something.
actually not that good. swifties results in around the same ampunt of time it takes to get from the start of recall to being back in lane. The boots actually are just a much weaker swifties and mobies.
@@mr.joesterr5359 i think that being able to recall in half the time is really good in the early game though. gives the enemy much less time to stop your back. especially good in top & bot lane as there are 3 bushes that you can bait to make the enemy think you're still in lane
the bonus MS after 150,000 units travelled is just a bonus
@@bltelysian That is good, but honestly compare that advantage of recalling 2 seconds before ur back gets stopped to how useful swifties are in general and its no contest. swift and mobies are leagues better in so many more scenarios.
I actually DIDN"T get to see your 14.10 reaction. Now that I know it exists I should go watch it. My thoughts when looking at the changes were basically:
Swifties - fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck now I just go sorcs or mercs, can't go steelcaps anymore either :(
New item - Well that's good, I can enjoy that for double burn plus AP
Tenacity removal - FUUUUUUUUUCK
Overall, I'm sad. I'm shattered. Some may say I'm broken. But as any good mad chemist, I'll have to observe, theorize, and test to make the most of it

You can get liandries, blackfire and then faded ashes
I think liandries, black fire, dcap, rylies, rift being a core build because the dcap ratio with black fire will insanely boost ur dmg

What about the new tier 2 boots for they made for adc, that gives extra move speed? also wish you can try the new unending dispair, should be interesting to see its effect with the new items on singed
At 9:51 you actually survived because of absorb life. zyra kill + the minions you killed. Crazy value on the rune for sure.
its really sad what they're doing to swifties but the recall and out of combat MS on the new boots seems very good
They will not stay that way, it’s too OP for tempo champs
Absorb life rune makes it so that you get health for killing units. Proxying waves keeps you healthier early game. I really don't think singed is gonna 'die' after this. Changes here and there, but for otps, still fine
This is exactly what i thought, but realistically get zephyr itll replace the swifty with attack speed its just better then swifty and you gain the ability to auto a little more
Itll also help a jgl singed
the way fated ashes is worded makes me think it does (7+20)*3 to monsters and not just 20*3 xD
I think the new precision rune is gonna get nerfed a bunch because it just seems too strong to not take. Like if your opponent has sustain and you don't it's like what do you do?
I doubt they can it already gives only 2-17 healing for each dying enemy.
This item is gonna be great on the reworked Singed
I remember when I said this item was going to be good, people told me that it won't be and taking condescendingly to me as if they have some great knowlege.

Berserker Greaves Singed, so you upgrade into Zephyr and become Ghosted all time + Tenacity (also offer more speed)
Meanwhile they gut my gangplank by changing every core item on him for the worse.
This is kinda random but the burn effect for this item looks so nice. The pink/glow just looks satisfying
Lucidity boots also nerfed tenacity btw

I love that Riot nerfs movement items/Ghost but every modern champion they release can move around the map ignoring terrain because they all have movement abilities

You should try some proxxy rammus
Rito thought they could tear down Singed with the item nerfs, but the new items come to make him a monster once again

About this Singed mini rework thing, i haven't watched your full video and maybe you mentioned it but Riot already announced, that one of the Arkane Champions is getting a VGU. Most likely that'll be either Viktor or Singed and if its gonna be Singed they would'nt rework him on top off that.
The speculation is based off of that announcement that was made a couple of months ago…
