We are using very little amount here, just for the taste. It won't harm in any way once in a while, hence the variety. If you are still not sure, simple skip it 😊
Never give raisins and milk together
Raisins rich in iron and milk rich in calcium
Iron and calcium will block each others absorption.
That’s why In pregnancy, iron and calcium are given at separate timing
I live in Norway and here is no such restrictions. People eat porridge like this every day. Also, back in India my pediatrician never raised any concerned regarding the same.
In my family we all eat kheer (rice, sabudana, semiya, carrot) made with milk with added raisins and dryfruits. I trust my 'dadi-nani'/grandmothers traditional, old Indian cooking.
So each to thier own. If you are not ok with it, simply skip it. Feel free to eat whatever you like.
Regarding taking the iron and calcium together - the quantity we all take in the form of pills during pregnancy is much much more and higher than this hence the guidelines.
Also few pieces of raisins doesn't provide you much iron. This means raisins - at 0.8 milligrams of iron per one small box - provide a high source of iron only if eat 2 to 4.5 small boxes. A typical serving of raisins - one small box - contains 0.8 milligrams of iron. However, it doesn't qualify as a high-iron food based on regulations from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

No need to roast since you are going to cook it in the milk.
