Welcome to another messy, mind-numbing recap of Southern Charm, where nothing happens, but somehow, everything is infuriating. We're three episodes in and still stuck in a reality TV limbo- Shep’s fantasy of living on an island with a stunning woman and zero self-awareness, Austen’s weird obsession with Craig, and JT's kindergarten attempt an an apology letter. So much drama that goes nowhere and still manages to make us want to throw things at the screen. Join us as we dissect the absurdity of the show, throw some shade, and wonder if we’re all just living in a never-ending loop of bad decisions.

Absolutely NO more Kathryn! She acted a complete fool on every episode, wasn’t a good friend & her off screen antics were (are) deplorable. None of which needs to be seen or celebrated. Once she allowed her “real” life to be so public, it was hard for me to overlook.. Truly hope she’s focusing on her children & making sure they’re getting the very best of her.

Craig is successful in the pillow biz because some guys came in and financially backed him. They may be running the show, so to speak, and "encouraged" him not to drink. If there is an economic downturn as is predicted, luxury items like decorator pillows and linens will be in trouble. Shep doesn't have to work with all his family money which accounts for his profound immaturity. Austin's beer biz is not destined to last either, in my opinion. So it will be interesting to see where these people are in a few years. Great show, guys! I like the diversity and you all have legit points of views. Looking forward to more eps.
Crazy! What if it all goes to hell for them and they’re all back at the bar in a couple seasons? That would be funny, not funny.
Finally! , so glad you guys can also see how mean and jealous, shep and Austin are of Craig. Remember when shep named his dog Craig i always thought that was shade. You guys are spot on so new subbie here

Yes the people who Check the boxes for diversity but aren't really friends have to go! They're not real friends and we can feel it! If they wanted a diverse group of friends they needed to Start with that! That's why the Venita,Leva,JT alliance needs to go! Whitney and Patricia never should've been onthe show because the imbalance of power because no one gets to tell them off when they're deaf wrong and super snotty! Sleeping with Craig's ex girlfriend Naomi was down right repulsive and Craig wanted to tell him off but couldn't!

Ummm shep doesn't have a bar left! Craig diddy understood what a lawyer entailed and he was smart, he was in law school for God's sakes and then he realized that it wasn't for him! Craig being the Brand is the most important part of sewing down south and he's the idea man and he's smart enough to onow his strong suit and to put people in the places that aren't his strong suit,plus he was sewing Before the pandemic! He was still with Naomi who was being a see you next Tuesdays about it!

Shep,Whitney and Austen 54uly cannot handle that Craig's the most put together guy and s5till kind,funny and hot! Craig's the favorite of not just Southern Charm but of Bravo and there Ego's can't take it so any tiny mistake he makes now like saying JT said Patricia's a B word when he may have only highly insinuated it, they harp on and I'm convinced he did say it but Whitney's hated especially since he slept with Naomi and he's the producer so he can have them edit the show against Craig and he's a super petty guy so he would do it! There's not a ton to make fun of now so they constantly bring up Craig's past mistakes! Craig's not perfect he's human and they think the audience thinks he's 0erfect and that's why he's our favorite but that's not why! For me Craig's a Favorite along with Katherine because they're authentic and they've made mistakes that everyone has made but they aren't scuzzballs,they're vulnerable and quirky and endearing! I also think the other guys know that Craig's growth and maturity next to there Peter pan syndrome,putting down women ,being verbally and emotionally abusive to there ex girlfriends and dogging out there new boyfriends while also having no career and continuing to be drunk all the time, sleeping with every girl they can regardless of having a girlfriend or not, they think Craig's maturity in contrast is what makes them look bad but they'd look Just as bad if Craig wasn't on the show and or was doing the same things! Thomas was a huge joke to everyone ten years ago while he was doing the same crap and they all teased him for Stillb3i g like them when Craig was 24 or 26 when the show started and shep was 35z,Whitney was almost 40 or 40! Now Whitney is Thomas's age and sheps really close to Thomas's age when they made fun of him still being a drunken,addict,womanizer,cheater, without a family, trying to be governor etc! They do not have any perspective except for Draig!

Shep's super jealous that Craig's an intelligent self made guy who has had stable relationships, he owns businesses and put the right people in place for his businesses knowing what is and isn't his strong suit,he has partners but his main job in sewing down south is being the Brand but without him being the Brand there'd be no sewing down south and his partners and employees wouldn't be making money off of him! He owns a bar now with Austen but I'm sure he's not bartending because he's an owner! The fact that shep doesn't get this is ridiculous! I also believe it's not true,Shep's a trust fund kid and anything Craig's doing better then shep Shep's trying to destroy! Austen misses partying always available Craig not Adult Craig with responsibilities and a girlfriend he doesn't see daily so when she's around he just want wants to see her,turns out she's been lying about what she wants and her plans to move in get married and have children but that doesn't change Craig's wanting an adult life and family! Whitney and Patricia are completely out of touch with reality because they're snotty spoiled rich people with no morals! Whitney's a terrible person who slept with Craig's serious ex girlfriend and was supposed to be his friend of course Craig's not calling him and hanging out with him when it doesn't involve the show! Honestly Whitney and Patricia shouldn't be on the show, the power imbalance from Whitney being a producer isn't right because they can't be authentic with him! He'd have been told off and beaten up dozens of times if they could and who is hanging out with an 80 yr old woman? Craig and Katherine Dennis are the heart and soul of Southern Charm, they're flawed people doing there best and Katherine needs to be back on the show! Whitney needs to offer her more money and help her get her kids back! Whitney needs to fire himself, Patricia, Venita, Leva,JT,Sally and the other new girl and possibly shep, venita actually is a maybe because she's occasionally real friends with Madison! Th3y need to be authentic friends because you can feel real chemistry so no more alliance, if venita can become real friends with Katherine and Taylor then fine but we need Katherine, Taylor, Madison,Craig,Austen,Shep maybe,venita maybe,Rodrigo and his husband and th3n q real friend of Craig's and a real friend of Katherine's and maybe Taylor's! I don't care if Craig drinks occasionally because I've never thought he was an addict but I don't care if he doesn't but the other guys Need to stop talking about it like it's a bad thing! I'd like to see Katherine doing really well and if she needs mental health and or AA the show should help her because Thomas and Whitney used and abused her at age 19 and up! They ALL have a job because Katherine made the show worth watching and she was an extra! They need to then help her get her k8ds at least 50/50 because Thomas 8s an addict and he has SA'd women,allegedly, and gotten away with it because he's rich and powerful and it's Charleston so the old boys club still exists and it helped Thomas srew over Katherine for custody!
First time here. Craig started sewing pillows in 2018.
2ndly, Shep and Austen started their businesses with family money. Of course Craig didn't have their family money to start a business. I give him a lot of credit of how far he's come. He's still a little goofy, but I'd rather hang out in his backyard then drinking with the self entitled loser boys. And Whitney couldnt get a girl if he didn't have money...guy is just scary looking.
Love to listen to you three talk, but there's a toddler in our home & I can't have him listening to the f-bomb every other sentence.

Shep might be somewhat book smart but he's not emotionally intelligent which in the real world is far more important and it's not like he has a job so he's not Using this IQ!
Maturity
Taylor had been being emotionally and verbally abused by Shep for the past couple years and he was controlling, mking her quit her job to travel with the idea being they'd get married and she'd be a stay at home mom anyway,then shep cheated several times I'm sure so she was heartbroken and made some mistakes that I understand but she lost a good friend because of her mistake and Then her Brother passed form an overdose! The world was being cruel to Taylor because she kissed Austen and her brother died and then Gaston came swooping in like a savior! He's been there for her and has behaved exactly opposite of toxic shep so she's understandably protective of him and there relationship! Whether he's really this guy she thinks he is we don't know but I understand why she's treating him like he's so important! I like Taylor and I like her on Southern Charm but she needs to become friends with Madison, Craig and Katherine and bring Katherine back already! Otherwise there's no place for her on the show either
I hate that you guys and madison actually have said that Taylor isn't as beautiful as the bahamas hirl! Taylor's a stunning woman and she's not unintelligent,she's sweet,she's a college graduate who did have a career before shep asked her to quit and travel with him! There's nothing wrong with Taylor wanting to be a wife and Mother! She's certainly way more empathetic and emotionally intelligent then the rest of the women on the show!

I won't watch the new reboot of Vanderpump rules at all ! They should've just got rid of Ariana and Katie because they didn't want to be there! Andy Cohen and Lisa Vanderpump are wrong about what the audience wants to see! We're invested and do not want a full reboot of anything that's already established!
