They do not need to work in an organization where they would have a boss to decide their time, even if they need to have a boss, they would be working from home. Most housewives are entrepreneurs. in small or big scales. Some have employees and some doesn't. They work from home, doing things i listed out in the video. They know and understand that their number one job is to take care of the kids and the home. [Taking care of the kids and home, is actually a job on its own as people get paid for it, thats why people employ nannies and cleaners who gets paid monthly salaries for doing these things....some housewives are even given monthly allowance for doing these things themselves daily].....but less i digress...They do not allow their side jobs interfere with their duties, and they are not limited to making money as there are a lot of options to make money.
