Headstock Angle Matters!

- I completely forgot one of the most important visual comparisons of the Chickenbacker versus the Rickenbacker. The headstock angle! Here they are side by side showing the correct 5 degree headstock angle as seen on real Rickenbackers. I had to make sure that the Chinese manufacturer got the correct angle on my copy. He did very well!

Hey, man! Do you ever get string rattle before the nut or even strings popping out of the nut when you play because of the shallow break angle of the strings over the nut due to the shallow headstock angle both on your Rick and Chick(this doesn't sound right😊)?
Jepson, after all the effort to get it, why are going to put it up for sale so soon?
Oh, it wasn't much effort. It was fun, though, having it custom made. I might keep it for a while.
We share two interest so two questions: do you have the contact info for your guy in China and where are your shaving videos (I'm a safety razor guy--favorite scene in AHDN is George shaving the mirror.). Oh yeah, my 16 year old bass playing Beatle-freak daughter cracked up over the term "Chickenbacker."
I'm SinatraLennon and the guy's link is on the previous video!
Brian, do you know if the 360-12 headstock angle is the same as the 325? I am looking into buying a 360-12, and I want to ask the builder to setup the correct angle. Thanks!!
Did you ever figure that out?
@@TheLogFella Yes, it should be the same on all RIC's.
Yes, it should be the same on all RIC's
