"A Luxury SUV Bargain!"...Every Lexus dealer here has a $15,000 markup on them and won't take orders unless you are willing to pay an adjustment. Gotta love the modern state of dealers in the US.
These are nice. I was looking at a Lexus RX 350h luxury, and it seems like it’s the same price as the non hybrid TX 350 Luxury. I might get the larger of the two. Lots of space for road trips! Anywho, thanks for another great video!
500 has a harsher suspension and only seats 6. So there are tradeoffs. Personally if you wanted handling with your huge family hauler, the BMW x7 is better.
That’s the direction all auto manufacturers are going. The VW Atlas is also a huge SUV with a 4 cylinder and there are others. The V6 500 would be better but it if the F-Sport starts at $70k, then the V6 is probably going to start close to $80k. Crazy.
@@Fpan87 I haven't tested it personally, but that's what I've been hearing from all the reviews I've seen of this car. They compare it to the 350 version, so being slightly harsher than that is still probably more comfortable than most cars.
It is. But there are a few things that make the TX different such as the suspension, higher standards for build quality, better interior etc. I cant remember everything, and this video didn’t highlight any of those differences, but other channels did. Most who drove the TX550h said it drives much better than the GH hybrid max.
@@jakes5530much better but is it 10k + better for the same drivetrain? Also the GH has a way more traditional infotainment and the hud isn’t a mystery to be solve
@@sentryion3106 i mean if it were my money Id get the GH Limited hybrid max for $56k. TX is a good option if you care about brand prestige, the difference do seem to be noticeable at least according to youtube drive reviews.
The Grand Highlander Limited is in the mid 50’s. This isn’t that much more although you do lose a few features.
That is definitely an amazing TX always cannot go wrong with Lexus very comfortable
Its a great vehicle, I have had mine for a week now and I love. The TX is the reason my husband is now looking into Lexus.

Toyota doesn’t do orders, they just look for the car for you. Really handicapping themselves I think
I've found dealers selling the TX for MSRP with no or very little markup. I'm looking at one now with just a slight markup ($500).

Why so many skips? Like not showing the mechanism of second row fold.
That’s a lot of car for that engine to haul around. Better off with the 500h… worth it IMO

what makes you say its harsher suspension? @@HiddenWen

So 500h is not comfort as 350? Thank you
Range looks more limited than my 2020 RX, which shows 335 on a full tank. This was 275 on an almost full tank?
Its the same thing as the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander SUV same powertrain
Ben to expensive
Too?
60k is cheap for a Lexus suv 👌🏼
It seems like it's a glorified Grand Highlander, in other words, nothing special like Lexus used to be.

Exactly!
@@sentryion3106have you driven the TX before? I think you’ll get the answer and more perspective
Where's the luxury? 🤣
How is this different than the 3 row Highlander?
Nicer finishes
@@BenHardyCars thanks, but it looks like a different platform?
Is this Lexus built in Canada? Or Japan??
America
Indiana
China
Japan made?
Indiana made
Lexus Texas
It’s just like Lexus lx 470 vs Toyota Land Cruiser just a few different options
It is cheaply made. Big car with small turbo engine is aways a longterm problem maker. Can't believe lexus try to cut corner like this.
2.4L turbocharged is not really cut cornering. 1.5L turbocharged is more cut cornering in comparison. As example, Honda CR-V
@boboiboy9350 look at the size of this car. It is supposed to sit 7. Anything less than v6 with 300hp for this size of vehicle will be inadequate.
