I put my hand on the screens and they create some vacuum makes me believe they actually bring in cold air to the tail pipe which makes emissions look cleaner, they are not resonating anything better term is a air induction system for emissions.

They no longer sniff the tailpipes for emissions in California on vehicles newer than 2001
How much do you normally charge for a job like this?
Couldn't really tell no difference.....actually the resonators in sounded better IMHO
