Thanks for posting, do you happen to know why a device might be hung up on "syncing" when a resource account is assigned and ready for a device in Teams Pro console? The device has run through autopilot, and successfully shows up in Intune as compliant.

Hi, Graham. Thanks as usual. There are couple of questions and one of them is ; @6:00 you said those 'Unmonitored' are the ones without pro license which makes sense but how initially they are shown in that Pro Portal? Maybe all of MTRoW can run agent installer then can be shown in the Pro Portal? Pro Portal is integrated with Teams Admin Centre so syncing each other? :)

Actually the unmonitored ones appear to be previously enrolled devices that have reset or changed identity, as I’ve discovered.

option in Teams on windows, anyone know why the option for "require passcode to join meetings" will not turn on? Reboot the device option is back to off. Pro license is associated with the account in use?

Thank you for the tour. Quick question : In the Pro portal, I saw on my Android devices detail pane "This room is currently within the maintenance window (9:00am CET - 02:00pm CET). Alerting is suppressed during this time and will be resumed at the end of the window."
Do you know from where this setting is coming from ? and where it can be managed ? Didnt find 😞

How do I remove old, decommed Teams Panels from MTRP? There is no button for Unenroll...

Wow. I found this while searching for a hack to update Microsoft Teams per PC not per user for a conference room. Does Teams Room Pro support updating Teams per device on the PC? I saw in your video you could do this on Android devices

No, the Pro Portal is not for users PC. I would use Intune for that.
