Let's head back to the theatre for a really blood-soaked tragedy! And while we're at it, let's think about the intersection between art and social criticism.

You are most welcome! Thank you for listening!
I've listened to three of these now, but I don't know if I'll be listening to more - and I'm saying this to be helpful, so please take it in that spirit - because of your vocal dynamics; specifically, you have a habit of going back and forth from enthusiastic, high-pitched (relatively) and loud, to subdued, low-pitched, soft and fading, often to inaudibility (to my ears, anyway). Your introduction of a thought will often be clear and bright, while its conclusion, which is usually the point, sinks down into the auditory mud. And then when you're reading aloud a text under discussion, whether "live" or (apparently) pre-recorded, the volume of your voice tends to drop 'way down, so I, for one, miss half of it, and usually the more significant half. And then that podcast ad cuts in, noticeably louder, but with an even volume that renders each and every word crystal clear .... Otherwise, you're doing a great work - I just wish I could easily hear more of it!
@@hilariousname6826 Thanks for your comments. I had a lot of trouble with the audio for this particular episode, so I apologize for that. I still need to learn more about mic techniques, I think, too.
@@ClassicEnglishLiteraturePodcas Glad you're not miffed by my comments. Keep up the good fight!
