this is great! How to you deal with missing data in this particular case? I am getting LINEST() function error. I have a 0 to 10 rating scale and blanks is for Don't know answer. Should I use the code 99
If we have multiple models (where proxies are added/removed) and a variable which had significant relationship in one becomes insignificant in other, then what should we interpret? how do we report such variable in report?
Interactions/collinearity effects are happening - you would need to know the data background and reason. Switch to SPSS or Statistica to do factorial designs on the dataset.
As you mentioned that the model is of the form a1x1+a2x2+...an xn. But you didn't select the option "constant is zero'. So, if I wish to get model with a constant term (i.e. y = a0 + a1x1+ a2x2 + ...), then what changes do I need to make?

hawk77y replacing with mean or median is the best option. 999 will be an extreme outlier and make regression irrelevant.
