The typical tradition of Eid al-Fitr in the rural Kuningan district of West Java, Indonesia that is still sustainable today is visiting each other and having Eid or Lulubaran (Sundanese), forgiving each other in Indonesian.
Every Eid al-Fitr, residents at selajambe after Eid prayers then consult with each other, haveorohan send prayers for karuhun or people who have died and read Surah Yasin then return to their respective homes and then visit each other's houses with each other.
