We were dreading it too, but the weather has been too great to miss out the opportunity. It's going to change again after the weekend so it would put us back further. Get John out with his spade!

I make cheese, kompot, tomatoes, milk and lot's more. We need a better harvest to make it last the year as we have 2 teenagers 😂. I'd love to make butter but where to buy cream?
