Excellent healing music, except the ADS at the end. The music will be better without the ads so there is a transition when you're falling a sleep so there is no disturb in the process. That will be great! Thank you
Question! Does having a backup plan (in my case many backup plans) tell the universe you don't have faith in receiving what you know you have earned? In my situation it's only because I'm worried about having an income and a place to stay. I feel called to completely trust the universe but I can't help but make other arrangements in fear of protecting myself. Does this limit my ability to receive? Thank you and blessings to all!
Do not be in fear. Inspired actions are great for manifestations. Manifestation doesn't mean that everything you wake up tomorrow and everything will be on ur bed side. They will manifest in different ways..u can do tings for your goals but don't let them make resinstance. Keep complete faith in what u are doing and pls don't attach to the outcome, do what u do with complete faith, u are blessed keep going
When I meditate I cannot find any space in between and the best I can do right now is cut the thought off and let the next one move in; and so I am just moving from one thought to another. What can I try to improve this? I thought of trying to slow it down maybe without being forceful.
try to focus only on your breathing and the physical sensation of whatever you’re sitting on. every time a thought arises just come back to your breath. it takes a lot of time to “get good” at meditation, stay patient ❤️
