After we finished recording Fun Machine: The Sequel we headed straight from the studio to The Sultan Room to play the tunes in a special, unannounced show for our Brooklyn friends and a few fans. IT WAS A BLAST and we’re excited to share some of the footage from that night.

@@ComRusher Yeah, Mike Olson. He's the founder of the band, back in the 2000s when they were undergraduates, and a big songwriter for them also. Basically, as you say, he felt it was time for him to move on, and he did. It was all friendly, and his decision. I miss him, too, but I am not surprised, just on the basis of passage of time. They have been at it for a good long while.
Its funny, i don't really miss him because they sound they same.

My wife and I saw them love a couple years ago. Awesome!! Not many bands can sound as good live as they do on their albums but LSD sound better love than most bands do with all the studio magic!

I am a bass and have had people commenting almost every day for the last 18 years how shockingly deep my voice is. Can anyone explain to me how she...SHE can hit notes too low for me to hit at all, and at FULL POWER?! Absolutely baffling

Maybe the best live band working today, certainly the most interesting to me. This song is cool and all, but there's another closely related, even cheesier tune I think they should cover. Michael Sembello's "Automatic Man" is at once ridiculous and sublime. Chock full of hooks and great singing, yet weighted down by lyrics and production that can only be described as hilarious. And the original video? Perhaps the quintessence of 80's schlock - no-budget sci-fi (as performed by drama club rejects) meets professional wrestling, and they do things. Disturbing things.

a girl named Tennyson (typical) picked the play list at the coffee shop I work at. It's awful (lots of bland *ahem* covers of otherwise good songs), but I get happy anytime this song comes on, it's SO good! I went out of my way to look it up, and I am glad I found these guys!
