  • The Denver Broncos and Sean Payton believe Bo Nix can be the franchise quarterback for the next decade. With Bo Nix still in a QB competition heading into training camp with Jarrett Stidham, what does Bo Nix have to do to be the Denver Broncos' MVP his rookie season? Who is currently the favorite to be the Denver Broncos' MVP? Is it Pat Surtain II because he's the Denver Broncos' best player? Or someone one offense, like Courtland Sutton or Javonte Williams? The DNVR Broncos Podcast debates on the DNVR Broncos Mailbag.

Start most of our games and prove he is our QB for the next decade+... I've never rooted for anyone more than I am rooting for Bo. The person and the football player.

Can I just say that I love how Henry’s mind works. I think he has a hard time getting his point across because he gets side tracked a lot, but when he gets to his point it usually is a very strong and perspective point

RW had those stats, yeah, but he wasn't a rookie last year..

I remember when you guys were drooling over Russ being here. I guess you don't learn your lessons. Tap the brake on that till we even know if he can beat out Stidham. Next week you'll have him in the Hall of Fame no doubt.

This is exactly what I was talking about. Putting unnecessary pressure on a rookie. And then if he plays like a rookie, then people will be calling him a bust because of stupid segments like this.

Nailed it. They did this to Paxton Lynch too, & to Lock. This town has no idea how to act when they have a 1st round rookie QB in town so they fall all over themselves. But for the podcast geeks, this is all about the clicks, likes, follows & subscribes, which generate ad revenue. It's why this is practically the only thing they can think of to talk about.

i have never heard Hank be so wrong before. I don't understand how he can agree this is a team sport but knock a QB for using his team to score. And please don't give me this continued stuff about "check downs" first off, just my own personal experience, The hardest shots to make in pool, are the straight in shots. the "gimmes" But also, its not just passing 5 yards and that is it. It is, did i pass on time, did i lead the receiver to let him continue his momentum and get those yards you are saying are only on the receiver. Oh and let's not forget how it seems to be that Bo Nix seems to care about the receivers longevity by passing to avoid huge hits.
love you Hank but boo for sticking to a bad point
    my two cents

Would you rather Bo Nix have 5 MVP or Get us to the Super Bowl 3 times over the next 10 years? The questions isn't whether he gets MVP's but Super Bowl Rings.

Wat kind of question is this. Even if we dont win them. The rides there would be crazy

@@joelgalvan3958 watch the podcast bro. It helps you to understand the question. Not league MVP, but they mean team MVP

Drew Brees won SuperBowl MVP, and 2x OPOY. But no NFL MVP.

If he fails to join Elway & Manning he will be run out of town on a rail & despised forever, just like the rest of the would-be franchise QBs they have had. This town hates QBs unless they win a Lombardi...PERIOD. The same fanboys who are drooling over every tiny thing this guy does will abandon him in droves if he fails to live up to their lofty expectations almost immediately. Watch & see.

Its not that they’re not giving him credit for what he did. It’s that there is so much bad film and bad decisions made that it drowns out any good that he did…. You’ll see it again with the Steelers this year. Russell is a has been

@@xrayjay72 if russ was on the Steelers last year being at worst top 20? with his 26 td and 8 picks, that team would be way better 😭 look at what Kenny Pickett, trubisky was….Top 40 at best.

I agree russ is an upgrade, but he won’t help you to the Superbowl. He’s a stepping stone at best. Watch and see, I wish him the best, but he just doesn’t seem to have what he had when he was DangeRuss. Sad to see.

These guys were slobbering all over him when the trade was made. It took then no time at all to join the hate parade. This is what you get when people think that fans who hold a mic know something as if they're actual sports journalists. The new business model is to generate as much controversy & traffic to a site as possible for ad revenue. The mere mention of Nix brings them in droves.
